Garden Transformation & Lean-To Extension
Tracy had been told by a number of companies that the garden simply wasn't possible — difficult levels, a stream running along the back, and a lot of spoil to shift. She also wanted a lean-to extension on the back of the house. We took the full scope on and ran it as one continuous project.
Project Story
Returning clients are the best gauge of a job done properly, and Chris wanted the front of the house completely lifted. We stripped everything back and raised the driveway so the gradient was far more comfortable to use day to day. New retaining walls went in around the perimeter and we K-rendered them for a clean, modern finish that matches the property.
We moved the front steps across so they line up properly with the front door — a small detail that changes the way the whole frontage reads. The run from the garage door to the end of the house was flagged in Chris's chosen flagstone, and we built a bespoke bin store to keep wheelie bins out of view without giving up access. Finally we tarmacked the main drive so the whole frontage worked as one finished piece.
